Responsible for the delivery of IT functions across Asia Pacific and South Africa. I managed the restructuring of IT to provide and meet business critical SLAs to internal and external customers. This includes rebuilding critical infrastructure resources to best practise and implementing ITIL based processes. Accessing and upgrading internal IT skills and resources were required.
